BrewNBite opened in a converted feed store just off Highway 155, and we kept the old loading dock — it's our patio now, strung with lights for evenings once the East Texas heat finally breaks. We roast in small batches with a partner outside Tyler and bake the case fresh before sunrise, every single day we're open.
No syrups with more than four ingredients, no reheated pastries, and if the almond croissants are gone, we'll tell you honestly instead of pointing you at something worse.
